Two brothers, Antoine & Adel Bou Habib, decided to venture together in the field of construction materials, not knowing that a devastating civil war was about to explode couple of years later…
Equipped with the right vision and strategy, in addition to acquiring top quality brands from Europe, helped the company survive.
In 1990, having laid all the foundations for a prosperous future, the company went through a remarkable growth that made it a reference in heating equipment and plumbing.
Later on, the cooling sector was taped by the establishment which was transformed into a Holding company in 2014.
Half a century later, we realized that things haven’t changed much. The values on which “Adel Bou Habib & Co S.A.L. “ was founded were passed down to the new heirs.  Still focusing on quality, the new young management has one “clear objective” in mind: To keep up with the new trends & technologies and transform crisis into opportunities.
